We should all be trying to get along! Instead people are throwing cool drinks at each other and ruining perfectly good boxer shorts! So wasteful.

[Kotetsu was surprised at first by the number of residents that had grown down, but so far it hasn't been too bad. He's doing what he can to keep the little ones out of trouble and protect them.
